This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who processes it, and your choices. LoopSim is a US-based service intended for users 18 and older.

What we collect

• Account data: email and authentication records (including via Google sign-in if you choose it).
• Prep inputs: the job descriptions and notes you paste, target role/level and company, the interview date you set, and any interviewer names you add for a dossier.
• Session content: transcripts of your simulated interviews and coaching (recorded with your explicit in-session consent), your code/whiteboard work, scores, and generated reports. Career details you mention are sensitive to you — we treat all session content as personal data.
• Voice and video: in avatar mode your speech is transcribed in real time; we retain the transcript, not the raw audio. Your device camera self-view, if you turn it on, is shown to you locally and is not transmitted to us or stored.
• Payment data: handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
• Usage/technical data: basic logs and device/browser data needed to run and secure the service.

How we use it

We use your data to run your interviews and coaching, research and calibrate your prep, score sessions and generate reports, process payments, secure the service, and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your content to train AI models. Only aggregated, de-identified interview-format feedback that you explicitly submit may improve our knowledge base; verbatim content never enters it.

Service providers who process data for us

We share data only with vendors who process it on our behalf to deliver the service: Supabase (database/auth hosting), Vercel (application hosting), Anthropic (language models for research, conversation, and scoring), ElevenLabs and HeyGen (real-time voice and avatar when you choose avatar mode), Google (sign-in, if used), and Stripe (payments). For interviewer dossiers we query publicly available web sources. These providers are bound to use the data only to provide their service to us.

Storage, security, and access

We protect your data with industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls, so that only your authenticated account can read your sessions, scores, and reports. Public share cards, if you create one, contain only axis scores, an overall score, and the round type — never your transcripts or identity. Your data is processed primarily in the United States; by using the service from outside the US, you consent to that transfer.

Retention and deletion

You can delete individual targets or your entire account at any time from your account settings (or by emailing support). Deletion removes your transcripts, scores, reports, prep inputs, and notes within 30 days, except minimal records we must keep for accounting, security, and fraud prevention. Pack credits and their history are retained as needed for billing integrity.

Cookies

We use only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and to operate the service (for example, remembering a pricing selection through sign-up). We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

Children

LoopSim is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a minor has used the service, contact us and we will delete the account.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g. under GDPR or the CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete, or restrict use of your personal data, and to not be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not sell or "share" personal data for cross-context advertising. Use the controls in your account, or contact support@eigen-holdings.com and we will respond as required by law.
